What you accept

The service is for businesses. A plan, a visit or a project starts when you accept the invoice or the estimate. Browsing does not accept the price.

Who you contract with

You contract with loinstalo. Invoices: [email protected]. Write to [email protected] or call +1 (939) 257-2164. Other mail may come from [email protected]. We don't publish a street address or a merchant-registration number.

The portal is in Spanish. An administrator opens the account.

What a plan includes

Remote support Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Puerto Rico time, up to the plan's hours, at one location. Hours don't roll over. Essential patches by hand. Business and Business Pro patch automatically.

Visits, projects, equipment, migrations and after-hours work are quoted first.

Prices, tax and cancellation

Prices exclude tax. In Puerto Rico, 11.5% IVU, or 4% state IVU on the service when the merchant registration is verified. Equipment is 11.5%. Outside Puerto Rico, the estimate states the tax.

Essential: $99 and up to 2 h. Business: $199, with $99 for the first 3 months, and up to 5 h. Business Pro: $299 and up to 8 h. A plan continues until you cancel it in writing at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect the following month.

Hourly, outside a quote: $85 by day, $127.50 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and $182.75 for an emergency. The start time is Puerto Rico time.

What we do not promise

We don't promise that internet, email or a third-party service will always be up. A backup counts if it was agreed and it has been tested.

Your accounts and your data

Accounts, equipment and data stay with the business. Access can be taken back.

The form is used to reply to you. We don't sell that information.

Cookies

Necessary cookies only: Cloudflare for the site, and Turnstile on the form. The portal uses a session cookie. No advertising cookies.

Analytics

No Google Analytics and no ad pixels.

Brands

Naming UniFi, Fortinet, Microsoft 365, FreePBX, Asterisk, Grandstream or 3CX means work experience. We are not an authorized distributor or a certified partner of those brands.

How far responsibility goes

If agreed work goes wrong, responsibility for that service is limited to what you paid for it in the prior three months. That does not replace backups or insurance. Rights the law does not let you waive still stand.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date changes. A plan already accepted keeps the price in that document.
